About Perfectus Derma Aesthetics

Perfectus Derma Aesthetics is a nurse-led medical aesthetics clinic at UNTIL Soho, 111 Charing Cross Road. Arkadiusz Bulanda, known to everyone as Arek, launched the clinic in October 2022 after several years practising injectable medical aesthetics, and it is now a team of 4 Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners.

The mission has stayed the same from the first appointment: combine medical expertise with careful assessment, honest advice, and a personalised approach to help you achieve healthy, confident, glowing skin.

Being nurse led is not a footnote here; it is the whole model. Every consultation, every treatment and every follow-up is delivered by a clinician whose first training is patient care, which changes what happens in the room: assessment before recommendation, and an honest answer when a treatment is not right for you.

It also changes what we will not do. We do not treat from a menu, we do not sell a course to someone who does not need one, and we would rather do less at a visit than too much. The clinic is inside UNTIL Soho at 111 Charing Cross Road, a professional medical environment about 5 minutes on foot from Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square. Consultations and treatments take place in private consulting rooms designed to feel calm and discreet rather than clinical.

Appointments run Monday to Friday until 7pm and on Saturday until 5pm, so a visit fits around a working day in central London. There is step-free access from the street and lift access to the consulting rooms.

Every treatment at Perfectus Derma Aesthetics is delivered by a Registered Nurse at UNTIL Soho, a professional medical environment, with full medical indemnity insurance through Hamilton Fraser. The clinic is Save Face accredited and a member of the Safety in Beauty Trusted Professional Directory, and the team maintains membership of ACE Group for complication awareness and management.

Patient safety, careful assessment and informed consent are central to our approach, and you will always receive balanced information about the benefits, limitations, risks and alternatives of any treatment we discuss. Prescription treatments are only provided after a face-to-face consultation with a prescriber, as UK regulation requires, and every patient is assessed for suitability at consultation: if a treatment is not right for you, we will say so.

Everything starts with a face-to-face consultation (£30), or £50 with an optional facial scan using the MEICET MC10 skin analysis device, the newest technology in clinic, which assesses your skin beneath the surface. We take a full medical history and talk honestly about what is realistic, so treatment planning is measured rather than guessed.

You leave with a personalised, costed plan and no pressure to proceed. Some plans involve a single treatment; many build over 3 to 12 months, because regenerative results develop over several months and individual results vary.
