About Perfectus Derma
An award-winning, nurse-led medical aesthetics clinic on Charing Cross Road in Soho: founded by two nurses who met on an NHS ward, and built on evidence based treatment, personalised care, and skin health that lasts.
The founder story: Arek and Terry
Perfectus Derma began with two nurses on a shift. Arkadiusz Bulanda, known to everyone as Arek, met Terry Robson at St Thomas' Hospital in 2017. Arek had already been practising injectable medical aesthetics for several years, always with the ambition of opening his own clinic. The pandemic put those plans on hold; when the world opened back up, they set out to make it happen.
Arek officially launched Perfectus Derma in October 2022, and Terry joined the team in 2023. Their mission has stayed the same from the first appointment: combine medical expertise with a personalised approach to help you achieve healthy, confident, glowing skin.
Meet the team: our nurses and credentials
Perfectus Derma is run entirely by registered nurses: Arek, Terry, Olivia, and Alejandra, all registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Arek is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber, holds a Level 7 diploma in advanced medical aesthetics, and graduated with a Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice from King's College London. The team carries 2 Level 7 qualifications through Harley Academy, the UK's leading postgraduate aesthetics training school.
Being nurse led is not a footnote here; it is the whole model. Every consultation, every treatment, and every follow-up is delivered by a clinician whose first training is patient care.
Our approach: regenerative aesthetics and healthy ageing
We believe healthy ageing is a journey, not a one-off procedure. That is why regenerative aesthetics sits at the heart of the clinic: polynucleotides, exosome therapy, and skin boosters that work with your skin's own biology to improve quality, hydration, and strength over time. Treatments are chosen on evidence, not trends, and results are built to look like you: healthier and well rested, never like work has been done.
Prevention and longevity matter as much as correction. Many of our patients start in their thirties with skin health in mind, and stay because a personalised plan keeps delivering natural results year after year.
Safety, standards and accreditations
Every treatment at Perfectus Derma is delivered by an NMC-registered nurse in CQC-compliant premises (UNTIL), with full medical indemnity insurance through Hamilton Fraser. The clinic is Save Face accredited and a member of the Safety in Beauty Trusted Professional Directory, and the team maintains membership of ACE Group for complication awareness and management.
Prescription treatments are only provided after a face-to-face consultation with one of our nurse prescribers, as UK regulation requires. All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical suitability: if a treatment is not right for you, we will say so.
The consultation and treatment planning
Everything starts with a face-to-face consultation. We take a full medical history, talk honestly about what is realistic, and use 3D Visage facial analysis to assess your skin beneath the surface: the consultation and analysis package is £50. In June 2026 we added the MC10 facial analysis device, the newest technology in clinic, so treatment planning is measured rather than guessed.
You leave with a personalised, costed plan and no pressure to proceed. Some plans involve a single treatment; many build over 3 to 12 months, because optimal regenerative results develop over several months.
Awards and recognition
Perfectus Derma was named a GHP award winner in both 2024 and 2025, and The Nurses Network recognised the clinic as Highly Commended Clinic of the Year 2025. In 2026 the clinic became an official member of the Safety in Beauty Trusted Professional Directory. We are proud of the shelf, but prouder of what earned it: 5.0-star patient feedback built one careful appointment at a time.
Memberships and loyalty
Consistency is the secret to results, so we built the Perfectus Membership around it. Perfectus Essential covers anti-wrinkle maintenance 3 times per year from £58.50 per month; Perfectus Advanced covers treatment every 3 months from £74 per month; both include priority booking and complimentary review appointments. Perfectus Bespoke creates a fully tailored plan, popular with brides, grooms, and couples preparing for a special occasion.
Package deals with discounts, annual treatment packages, and e-gift vouchers are also available, and Klarna and Clearpay let you spread the cost of treatment.
Aftercare and treatment guides
Every treatment includes aftercare advice, and follow-up review appointments are built in where appropriate rather than sold as extras. You will always know what to expect in the first 48 hours, what to avoid, and when to get in touch. Our journal carries plain-English guides to the treatments we offer, written by the team, so you can read how things work before you ever book a consultation.
