Booking and cancellation
Consultations and treatments are booked through our online booking system (Aesthetic Nurse Software) or by WhatsApp. A consultation with 3D Visage facial analysis is £50. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out at the time of booking; if you need to move an appointment, please give us as much notice as you can so the slot can be offered to another patient.
Clinical scope
All treatments are delivered by NMC-registered nurses. All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical suitability, and prescription-only treatments are provided only after a face-to-face consultation with one of our independent nurse prescribers, as UK regulation requires. We reserve the right to decline any treatment that is not clinically indicated, not in your best interest, or unsafe given your medical history. All patients must be at least 18 years old and have capacity to make decisions about their own healthcare.
Consent
Written informed consent is obtained for every treatment at every visit. Consent covers the specific product or device, the anatomical site, potential risks and side effects, and the agreed aftercare. You may withdraw consent at any time before treatment begins.
Aftercare and complications
Aftercare guidance specific to your treatment is provided at every appointment, and review appointments are arranged where clinically appropriate. In the rare event of a complication, contact the clinic first: our nurses are trained in complication recognition and management, the team maintains ACE Group membership, and hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved by a prescriber if ever needed.
Fees and payment
All fees are confirmed at consultation before any treatment is performed, against our published price list. Payment is taken at the clinic; Klarna and Clearpay are available if you prefer to spread the cost, and Perfectus Membership plans offer structured monthly payment for maintenance treatments. Package prices apply only to the courses described at purchase.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your care, contact info@perfectusderma.com. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and investigate it fully. As a Save Face accredited clinic we participate in the Save Face complaints and redress process, and concerns about a nurse's fitness to practise may be raised with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
