Bespoke Treatment Plans
A bespoke treatment plan is developed following consultation, skin assessment and a discussion of your individual goals, then delivered in stages over several months rather than as a single treatment.
The short answer
What is a bespoke treatment plan?
Healthy ageing is a journey, not a one-off procedure. A bespoke treatment plan is created using combination therapy, the clinical approach of sequencing several treatments together rather than relying on any single one. At Perfectus Derma Aesthetics in Soho, your plan begins with a consultation and skin assessment, and recommendations are prioritised according to your concerns, that assessment and your long-term goals.
Most treatments offered in the clinic can be combined as part of a personalised plan. Which ones, and in what order, depends entirely on your skin. Plans are developed in stages rather than trying to address every concern at once, and are reviewed and adjusted throughout depending on your progress and how your skin responds.

How treatments work together
Understanding Combination Therapy
Combination therapy means using more than one treatment, in a planned sequence, to address what no single treatment can on its own. Skin changes in several ways at once: expression lines deepen, natural volume shifts, and skin quality gradually declines. Each treatment works on a different part of that picture, so pairing them thoughtfully can achieve a more natural, more complete result than any one appointment in isolation.
Some pairings are well established in clinic. Exosomes are applied immediately after microneedling, while the skin's channels are open. LED light therapy follows facials or microneedling to build on their results. Chemical peels can be combined with SkinPen microneedling for deeper renewal. Which treatments are combined for you, and in what order, is decided at a face-to-face consultation, guided by your skin assessment and your goals. Your plan then sets out each stage, the spacing between stages and the reasoning behind them, so you always know what is being combined and why.
Where a plan starts
Building Healthy Skin Foundations
Achieving healthier skin often begins by improving overall skin quality before progressing to more advanced treatments. Addressing concerns such as pigmentation, redness and uneven skin tone first creates a strong foundation, so that regenerative and injectable treatments have better skin to work with when the time comes.
For many patients that foundation is an appropriate medical-grade skincare routine, which is why skincare is often the first thing we recommend rather than the last. It is also why treatment plans are frequently delivered in stages over several months, depending on your individual concerns and goals, rather than trying to address everything at once.

FAQs
What is a bespoke treatment plan?
It is a personalised roadmap for your skin rather than a single treatment. After a consultation and facial analysis, your nurse combines the treatments your skin needs, injectable, regenerative, skin and facial, and sequences them over several months. The aim is natural, lasting results from a considered plan, not one appointment in isolation.
How does facial analysis shape my plan?
Our MEICET MC10 skin analysis device scans your skin quickly and painlessly, revealing hydration, texture, tone and the deeper signs of ageing. This detail, alongside your nurse's medical assessment and your goals, informs every recommendation. It means your plan is built on what your skin actually shows, not guesswork or a fixed template.
How long does a treatment plan take?
Most plans run over 3 to 12 months, depending on the treatments involved. Regenerative treatments such as polynucleotides and skin boosters develop gradually, so we plan for the long term rather than rushing. Your nurse sets out the sequence, spacing and reviews at your consultation, and results are judged as each stage settles.
How do I maintain my results after a plan?
Maintenance is built into your plan: reviews track progress, and your nurse recommends honest top-up timings for each treatment. Treatment courses are available where clinically appropriate, and Klarna and Clearpay are available for eligible treatments. We map out realistic maintenance costs at your consultation, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Which treatments might my plan include?
That depends entirely on your skin and goals. A plan may combine anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers with regenerative treatments such as skin boosters, polynucleotides and exosomes, plus microneedling, chemical peels, facials and a corrective skincare routine. Your nurse recommends only what genuinely suits you, and explains the reasoning at your consultation.
