Advanced & Luxury Facials
The Hydro2Facial at Perfectus Derma is a multi-technology luxury facial in Soho that deep-cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates in one relaxing session, from £85.
The short answer
What this treatment is
Our advanced facials are built around the Hydro2Facial, a multi-technology treatment that deep-cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin in a single relaxing session. Three tiers let you choose the time you have: the 30 minute Express, the 60 minute Ultimate and the 90 minute Deluxe. Because Perfectus Derma is a nurse-led clinic, your facial is more than a pleasant hour; your skin is assessed by a clinician, the treatment is adapted to what it finds, and you leave with sensible guidance rather than a sales pitch. For many patients this is their first step with us: a gentle, no-needle introduction to healthier skin, with no downtime to plan around.

Patient journey
What to expect
Consultation & preparation
Arrive with clean skin or let us remove your makeup, and avoid retinoids and strong exfoliating acids for 2 to 3 days beforehand. Tell us about allergies, active skin conditions or recent treatments so we can adapt each stage safely.
During treatment
Aftercare
There is no downtime: any light flushing settles within a few hours. Keep skin hydrated, wear SPF daily and hold off strong actives until the next day. We will suggest an honest maintenance rhythm, not a hard sell, if you would like one.

FAQ
Common
questions
How much does the Hydro2Facial cost?
The Express is £85 for 30 minutes, the Ultimate £140 for a full hour, and the Deluxe £235 for 90 minutes. E-gift vouchers are available for any of our services, and Klarna and Clearpay can spread the cost. New clients book a consultation first so we can tailor the facial safely.
Is there any downtime after a Hydro2Facial?
No. Skin can look slightly flushed for an hour or so, and then it settles into a hydrated, healthy glow. You can return to work, wear light makeup later the same day and carry on as normal. It is a treatment you can book before an event with confidence, not one you plan recovery around.
How often should I have a facial?
Skin renews itself roughly monthly, so a facial every 4 to 6 weeks keeps results consistent and is the rhythm many clients settle into. A one-off before a big event also works well: we have seen a visible glow from a single 90 minute Deluxe. Individual results vary with skin and lifestyle.
Is the Hydro2Facial suitable for sensitive skin?
Usually, yes. Each stage of the facial can be dialled up or down, so the practitioner adapts pressure, products and exfoliation to how your skin responds. We are trained in treating all skin types and tones safely. If you have active eczema, rosacea or a damaged skin barrier, tell us first and we will adapt or re-time the session.
Can a facial be combined with other treatments?
Yes, and it often is. LED light therapy adds a calming, collagen-supporting finish, chemical peels take exfoliation further when your skin needs more than a facial can give, and skin boosters address deeper hydration. Within our bespoke treatment plans, facials are frequently the maintenance layer between clinical treatments. We sequence everything at consultation.
