The short answer

What are luxury facials?

Hydro2Facial is our signature luxury facial. Combining deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, hydration and skin rejuvenation, every treatment is tailored to your skin following a professional skin assessment.

Unlike many traditional facials, every Hydro2Facial is performed by an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner who will assess your skin before treatment and adapt every stage to your individual needs. You leave with sensible guidance rather than a sales pitch.

Three treatment lengths let you choose the time you have, and a Prestige option adds exosomes. For many patients this is their first step with us: a gentle, no-needle introduction to healthier skin.

How it works

The Technology Behind Your Hydro2Facial

Hydro2Facial combines seven advanced technologies that work together throughout your treatment. Each stage is selected and adapted by your practitioner depending on your skin concerns, delivering a personalised facial that cleanses, hydrates and rejuvenates the skin.

Your facial begins with a deep cleanse and gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and impurities. Advanced hydration and skin rejuvenation technologies are then introduced throughout the treatment, with every stage tailored by your practitioner to suit your individual skin concerns. The treatment finishes with intensive hydration, leaving your skin feeling cleaner, smoother and visibly refreshed.

Hydropeel
A gentle vortex of water and active solution lifts away dead skin cells and impurities while hydrating at the same time, so the skin is cleared without being stripped.
Exfoliation
AHA and BHA solutions loosen the build-up in pores and smooth rough texture. The strength used is chosen for your skin on the day rather than fixed in advance.
Radiofrequency
Gentle warmth is delivered into the skin to support firmness and encourage your own collagen over time. Most patients find this the most comfortable stage of the treatment.
Electro-ion
A mild current helps active ingredients travel further into the skin than they would from a cream alone, so the serums used in your facial work harder.
Ultrasound
Fine vibrations help press hydrating actives into the skin and support circulation in the treated area, leaving skin looking plumper and more awake.
Oxygenation
This stage helps improve oxygen delivery to the skin, encouraging a brighter, healthier-looking complexion. It is a favourite before an event for exactly that reason.
Fire & Ice
A warming step followed by a cooling one to calm the skin and close the treatment comfortably, leaving the face feeling settled rather than sensitised.

Patient journey

What to expect from a luxury facial

Consultation & preparation

Arrive with clean skin or let us remove your makeup, and avoid retinoids and strong exfoliating acids for 2 to 3 days beforehand. Tell us about allergies, active skin conditions or recent treatments so we can adapt each stage to your skin.

During treatment

Aftercare

Most patients experience little to no downtime. Mild flushing may occasionally occur but usually settles within a few hours. Keep skin hydrated, wear SPF daily and hold off strong actives until the next day. We will suggest an honest maintenance rhythm, not a hard sell, if you would like one.

FAQs

How much does the Hydro2Facial cost?

Hydro2Facial treatments start from £85 for the 30 minute Express treatment. Our Ultimate at £140 and Deluxe at £235 provide longer treatment times and additional skin rejuvenation. During your consultation we will recommend the facial best suited to your skin and what you want from it.

Is there any downtime after a Hydro2Facial?

Most patients return to work and normal activities immediately after treatment. Mild flushing can occasionally occur but usually settles within a few hours, leaving a hydrated, healthy glow. It is a treatment you can book before an event with confidence rather than one you plan recovery around.

How often should I have a facial?

For healthy skin maintenance we usually recommend a Hydro2Facial every 4 to 6 weeks, which is the rhythm many patients settle into. If you are preparing for a special occasion, a single treatment can also provide an immediate boost in hydration and radiance. Individual results vary with skin and lifestyle.

Is the Hydro2Facial suitable for sensitive skin?

Usually, yes. Each stage can be dialled up or down, so your practitioner adapts pressure, products and exfoliation to how your skin responds. Protecting your skin barrier always comes first, so if your skin is particularly reactive we will adapt the treatment or recommend postponing it until your skin is ready.

Can a facial be combined with other treatments?

Yes. Hydro2Facial is frequently incorporated into bespoke treatment plans alongside LED light therapy, chemical peels and skin boosters. During your consultation we will explain which treatments work well together and recommend a plan that is right for your skin and the order to do things in.
